For WorkersWe seek to ensure that workers are paid the legally required prevailing wages and fringe benefits on public works. The CCC assists workers with filing Stop Notices, with filing claims with enforcement agencies such as the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and with negotiating settlements with their employers.
