The Center for Contract Compliance (CCC) honors the ongoing efforts of its investigators whose diligent work was an integral part of bringing this case to fruition.

We congratulate the Labor Commissioner and all of her staff who participated in this case of debarment.

Milestones such as this one send a loud message to all contractors who participate in public works construction. For the contractors who abide by the laws & Regulations and those who do not, the message is “we are watching and we are doing something about it”, and from our home page a quote from President Obama’s 2010 State of the Union Address; “Those who abide by the laws should be protected by the laws”.
